QUILL WELL Ai, LLC — DMCA POLICY — Effective June 1, 2026

1. RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Quill Well Ai, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Quill Well Ai platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Quill Well Ai platform.

2. HOW TO SUBMIT A DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Quill Well Ai platform, please notify our designated DMCA agent by sending a written notice that includes the following required elements:

a. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

b. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Quill Well Ai to locate the material (such as the URL or other specific location on the platform).

d. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

e. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We recommend including "DMCA Takedown Notice" in the subject line of your email for fastest handling.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION. If you believe that material you posted on the Quill Well Ai platform was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by sending a written notice to our designated DMCA agent at the address above. Your counter-notification must include:

a. Your physical or electronic signature.

b. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

d. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Quill Well Ai may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. If the original complaining party does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the infringing activity within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed material at our sole discretion.

5. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY. Quill Well Ai will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. A user is considered a repeat infringer if they receive two or more valid DMCA takedown notices within a twelve (12) month period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. DISCLAIMER. Quill Well Ai does not actively monitor all content uploaded to or created on the platform for copyright infringement. We rely on copyright owners or their authorized agents to notify us of infringing material. We do not assume liability for any failure to remove or disable access to infringing material that has not been properly reported to us.

7. MISREPRESENTATION. Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
