QUILL WELL Ai, LLC — PRIVACY POLICY — Effective May 16, 2026

1. OUR COMMITMENT. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your stories or creative content to train AI models. Your creative work belongs to you.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT. Account information (name, email, password), payment information processed by our payment processor, creative content you create, feature submissions and votes, usage data, and device information. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION. To provide the Platform and its features, process payments, send service emails, send optional marketing emails you have consented to, recognize feature contributors in newsletters with your consent, and improve the Platform using anonymized usage data.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION. We share data only with: payment processors (Dodo Payments or Stripe), hosting providers (Lovable Cloud), email providers (Kit.com), and AI infrastructure (Anthropic Claude API for story generation). We do not sell your data.

5. YOUR RIGHTS. You may access and update your account information at any time. You may opt out of newsletter recognition in account settings. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from account settings — deletion is processed within 90 days.

6. DATA SECURITY. We use encrypted data transmission and secure authentication. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. CHILDREN. The Platform is not intended for children under 13.
