Feature Submission Policy

QUILL WELL Ai, LLC — FEATURE SUBMISSION POLICY — Effective May 16, 2026

1. WHAT THE FEATURE BOARD IS. The Feature Request Board is a community tool for paid subscribers to suggest and vote on product ideas. It does not create any legal obligation or compensation arrangement.

2. WHO CAN SUBMIT AND VOTE. Only Universe Builder subscribers may submit feature ideas. All paid subscribers may vote. Free tier users may view but not vote or submit.

3. NO COMPENSATION — READ THIS CAREFULLY. Feature submissions do not entitle you to any compensation, payment, equity, credit, or royalty. By submitting a feature idea you permanently and irrevocably assign to Quill Well Ai, LLC all intellectual property rights in the idea. Quill Well Ai, LLC may use, develop, modify, or discard your submission without notice, compensation, or obligation. The newsletter shoutout is a voluntary gesture and does not constitute compensation or acknowledgment of ownership.

4. NO OBLIGATION TO IMPLEMENT. Quill Well Ai, LLC makes no promise to implement any feature idea regardless of vote count. All product decisions remain solely with Quill Well Ai, LLC. Status labels on the board may change at any time.

5. NEWSLETTER RECOGNITION. When a feature ships we may recognize the submitter by first name in our newsletter. You may opt out at any time in account settings or by emailing support@quillwellai.com.
