QUILL WELL Ai, LLC — TERMS OF SERVICE — Effective May 16, 2026

1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS AGREEMENT COVERS. Quill Well Ai, LLC owns and operates the Quill Well Ai platform at quillwellai.com. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Quill Well Ai, LLC.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO. You may use the Platform to write and develop fiction series within your subscription limits, use AI generation features, submit feature requests as a Universe Builder subscriber, export your work in formats included in your tier, and cancel your subscription at any time. You may not use the Platform to generate illegal or harmful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform, share account credentials, use automated bots to access the Platform, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. You own the stories and creative content you write. Quill Well Ai, LLC does not claim ownership of your creative work and does not use your stories to train AI models. Quill Well Ai, LLC owns all rights to the Platform including its software, design, and Adaptive Narrative Engine. FEATURE SUBMISSIONS: By submitting a feature idea you grant Quill Well Ai, LLC a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, develop, and implement your idea without compensation. Feature submissions do not create any employment or compensation relationship. Quill Well Ai, LLC is under no obligation to implement any submitted feature.

5. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING. QuillWell Ai offers the following plans: Free (lifetime limits), Story Starter ($15/month), Series Builder ($29/month), and Universe Builder ($59/month). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. Founding member pricing is locked for as long as the subscription remains active. You may cancel at any time — cancellation stops future billing immediately with no penalties. Refund Policy: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by contacting support@quillwellai.com. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the initial payment date will not be accepted. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Your stories and data remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted.

6. AI-GENERATED CONTENT. AI generation is a tool to support your creative work. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it. Quill Well Ai, LLC does not guarantee accuracy or originality of AI output.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quill Well Ai, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the three months preceding any claim. The Platform is provided as-is without warranties.

8. GOVERNING LAW. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Richland County, South Carolina.
